Most of what I make is built to order. Here's the process:
Use the quote form below — tell me what you want and we'll talk it through.
Leather, tooling, stamping, stitching, initials — you pick the details.
Pay your deposit with Venmo or PayPal and your spot on the bench is locked in.
Allow 3–4 weeks for build time. Every piece ships ready to last generations.
Straightforward numbers. Custom designs quoted per project.
How to measure your old belt to make sure you order the right size.
Lay your old belt on a flat surface. Measure from where the buckle loop and leather meet to the hole you normally use — that measurement is the belt size to order.
Our belt sizes are measured from the point where the buckle loop and leather meet to the center hole on the belt.
Holes are spaced 3/4 inch apart, so a belt adjusts 1½ inches larger or smaller from the center hole — for example, a size 32 belt covers 30½″ to 33½″.
Example: a size 32 belt — the center hole measures 32 inches from the buckle.
A deposit locks in your spot on the bench.
Both buttons open in a new tab — pay with Venmo or PayPal, whichever you prefer.

I'm Steve Lacefield, and I make handmade leather goods in Shepherdsville, Kentucky — western horse tack, belts, bags, and wallets, built one piece at a time.
Every piece gets my maker's mark stamped in it. I build things to be used hard and last generations, not seasons.
